Return / Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return:

1. Return of products is allowed within 7 working days from the date of signing

2. Item must be in original package.

3. Item must not have been installed or used.

4. Packaging material (i.e. wrapping) must not have been destroyed or broken.

Refund Time:

We will process the refund within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods.

How to Return:

1. Contact customer support via email: [email protected], then we will provide the return shipping address by email.

2. Ship items back to the address provided by our support team.

3. When the warehouse confirms they have received the correct product, you'll get your money back at once.

Return Shipping Fee:

1. Enticing Extensions provides a Discount for same amount of shipping fee you paid.

2. Enticing Extensions will not charge any poundage.

3. Shipping cost for Returns due to dislike of style or color of product are covered by buyer.

4. Shipping cost due to wrong item or quality issues are covered by seller.

Exchange:

1. Hair quality problems and wrong items sent can be exchanged.

2. If you don't like the hairstyle, it can be exchanged.
